Many people think that #Bitcoin won't survive without centralised exchanges, but as long as there is a demand (in fact demand will rise with upcoming CBDCs) for stateless money, #Bitcoin will remain important as opt-out for people. P2P is always an option (Bisq, Vexl etc.)
