I can’t say I’m in love with all German food, but I can say that every meat dish I’ve had here has been fantastic. When a country has quality meat and knows how to cook it (without drowning it in sauce), that’s a big plus for me—and it definitely factors into how much I enjoy my stay! 🥩

Where are all of my #Chefstr‘s? Can anyone tell the best way to scrape vanilla seeds from the pod without them clumping together? I’ve read that placing them in a liquid can help, but that didn’t seem to work well for me—I tried using a bit of egg white from the recipe I was making, but it didn’t make much of a difference. #AskNostr #Vanilla

I’ve been making my own bone broth for some time and have always removed the layer of film that forms on top after it cools and solidifies.
