Seeing twinkling lights of cozy campers across the finger brings fond memories of the view of Roberts bay from the long gone Venice home of my late grandparents

Imagine my delight on a hike as I came across a spring fed creek to dip bare feet in and cool off on a triple digit heat index day.

Old railroad bridge (line stopped in 1980s) over the Altamaha river in Georgia. Where locals sneak jumps off of it for a good splash.
