Proud to say I've been eating healthier and trying to live healthier in general, mentally and physically. Good high protein and healthy fat meal I enjoy is a grass fed (when possible) ground beef bowl, you can add come rice if you want or eat it as is, add taco seasoning to the meat, top with cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and any sauce you like. It's actually pretty cheap, I usually eat about 1/2 a pound of beef with is like $3.50 and the rest is really cheap.

Everytime I think about how bad things are in the world right now, I stop, and think about the amazing community that we are building here on Nostr and in the Bitcoin space, and it always puts a smile on my face. It's comforting to know there's thousands of like minded individuals here and all around the world who are building this. I believe that this is and will be one of the most important tools in the world one day, and people will and already are noticing its value. I am very bullish on freedom and what is happening here, and even if you aren't a dev, you are a BUILDER! A community builder that adds to this small corner of the internet in a positive way. Everyone here (with exception of scammers and spammers) are a important part of what this is coming to be. And the fact that we already have hundreds of apps working on Nostr (some better than others 😂) in just 5 short years is nothing less than mind-blowing. Thank you all for all you do and taking a stand against traditionalism and fighting for something. 🐶 🫂
