I've read this comment in some YT vid, and it reminds me of every toxic workplace I used to witness this phenomenon. The comment is as per below: "I have seen these things play out several times. A typical scenario is: 1. Men have their space. It's fun, productive and creative with banter and camaraderie. 2. One or two women want to join. The men don't like it, but accept. The tone of the place shift. Less fun. You can't speak as freely. The women know best when things are out of order, apparently. On the plus side it becomes cleaner. 3. More women enter. The place splinters in subgroups. The fun is gone. Conversations have changed from "boys stuff" to boring emotion driven garbage. 4. Some men leave. Women in majority. The drama kicks of. 5. Most men are gone. They have found other things to do. Those men that sticks around are kind of miserable. 6. A sad place full of intrigue with no fun. 7. Many of the women leave and seek out new place where the men are. 8. The place is now a desert with no fun, not productive or creative. This is the story of many institutions, social scenes and workplaces." ////////// Defeminize the world. Now. Let's start by closing down all HR departments first. #siamstr
