I like this photo but I only realised the significance of this one when I got back. I originally took this photo to catch someone walking through the light of the alley way. But you look to the middle right, there is this symbol ⵣ on the white jacket. A vendor tried to sell me a pendant with this symbol on it. It’s the Berber (Amazigh) symbol for….Free Man from the Tifinagh alphabet. The Berbers are a tribe that originate from North Africa. Personally I think t’s pretty similar to the symbol I’ve been using for Sats 丰. @Logen have you seen this symbol before? #artstr #grownostr #photography #photo #art #nostr

As artists we have to be the biggest champions of our own work. If you don’t appreciate it, why should anyone else. I got back my 35mm’s of Morocco. It was a special trip. I think I captured a small essence of Marrakesh. There is a lot of delayed gratification using film. Hoping that you’ve captured what you’ve seen. I would be been super disappointed if all the rolls came out blank! lol. Most of my work has been in bnw. Happy I went with colour film. Working through how I want to showcase them. If you have any suggestions, let me know. @Pegah I walked past this guy weaving and asked to take his picture. Not exactly sure if it was a rug he was working on.
