Microsoft has announced the discontinuation of Visual Studio for Mac. In my opinion, it would be more beneficial for users interested in dotnet technologies to use Windows. Visual Studio for Mac was developed with the aim of appealing to Xcode users who did not use Visual Studio. However, the availability of VSCode and JB Rider should be sufficient alternatives.
