After birthing babies at my place, bossing gates at the farm and installing (closed circuit, local storage) security cameras at my elderly aunt’s place yesterday, I’m quite exhausted. Still so much to be thankful for. The two new #nubian #dairygoats came just in time to bulk up a little before the possibility of snow Saturday (again 🥲 which I’m quite tired of Grandpa!). The #blackangus beauties are growing up quite nicely (check out that brisket!) & becoming a bit more friendly. And increasing my aunt’s sovereignty really brings me of peace of mind. Still lots of work to do to protect for impending weather! #useitorlooseit 💪 #farmstr #homesteading

Maya & Ander have made their arrival 🎂🎈🐐! In true ‘Doe Code’ fashion mom drops them right before the first great freeze of ‘26 🙄. But she is good mom & for that I am grateful. Two huge, healthy kids. One 9lb girl and 8.5lb boy. I am ecstatic to have a doeling 🥳🙌🎀.
