Super important part of the story.
For one thing we have never had issues with parasites and never treated the flock with medicine. Frequent rotations to new paddocks not only builds the fertility of the soil. It also keeps the animals healthy.
This is what three lambs ready for the freezer looks like.
50–55 kg of meat, all vacuum-packed.
Packs with bay leaves = pre-seasoned with salt & pepper and ready for sous-vide.
