You canβt baby proof the jungle but you can jungle proof your baby ~ @FRANCIS - BULLBITCOIN.COM
Itβs our 1 year anniversary today πΉ #vlog
The main feature of the house weβre renting is definitely the jungle that surrounds it.
Iβm passionate about natural healing & felt like sharing what Iβve been learning in my prenatal journey and postpartum recovery π
There is so much beauty in this world

Maya started to smile. β₯οΈ

Highlight of the weekend ~
This cupcake + the moment after this picture of the boys when Maya had a diaper blowout on the soon to be dad.
Being a mom is a lot of fun. I love you topolina, you make me smile & laugh so hard β₯οΈ

Baby vlog
Today was my first time moving around the property after 18 days.
Still resting & recovering. I did the β5-5-5β
5 days in the bed laying down.
5 days in the bed, seated.
5 days around the bed.
I left the house only once to register Maya.
Having the ability to slow down during this phase of my life has been awesome.
Also so grateful to have my parents around and itβs wonderful to see the joy that their granddaughter brings them.

Baby Maya is 2 weeks old today πΊ
She arrived the day of my due date, right before midnight on August 26th.
Our hearts are soooo full of love & gratitude.
We had a magical home birth in the jungle, read the whole story - link in bio π

Some memories I will carry forever in my heart.
Iβm blessed with some of the most amazing girlfriends here in the jungle.
Thank you for your presence and for creating this little piece of art for me & baby πΊ
All my love
Gracias @elmundosegunhazel para tu guΓa π¨π

People asking βWhat are your cravings during pregnancy?β
For some reason⦠Mastic gum
Iβve been consuming it since many years but is pretty hard to find it here in the jungle. So when I was craving a healthy gum I tried frankincense (thanks to @gaiaorigins )
& it works pretty good too

One of the biggest lessons my husband has taught me: the power of βmaybeβ.
Our word carries weight.
Every time we say yes, weβre making a commitment. And if our actions donβt follow, trust slowly fades.
So often we commit out of excitement, habit, or the desire to please, already knowing inside it might not happen.
When our words and actions align, respect grows. And sometimes the most honest thing we can say is βmaybeβ
