People asking “What are your cravings during pregnancy?” For some reason… Mastic gum I’ve been consuming it since many years but is pretty hard to find it here in the jungle. So when I was craving a healthy gum I tried frankincense (thanks to @gaiaorigins ) & it works pretty good too

One of the biggest lessons my husband has taught me: the power of “maybe”. Our word carries weight. Every time we say yes, we’re making a commitment. And if our actions don’t follow, trust slowly fades. So often we commit out of excitement, habit, or the desire to please, already knowing inside it might not happen. When our words and actions align, respect grows. And sometimes the most honest thing we can say is “maybe” GN 🫂

A very special birthday this year 🌺 Almost at the begging of the biggest adventure & celebration of my life - becoming a mother. My heart is full of love & I’m so grateful for the life I got to live, for Costa Rica, for my family, for community, and I’m beyond excited about the future.
