The first time I listened to this song live I had my eyes close, I was dancing & I started to think about Nostr & Bitcoin. The words of this song hit me hard. I started to think about the parallel system we are building & how much better I started to feel since I started to stack sats & join the decentralized wave. The centralized system failed with me, at 23 years old I was completely hopeless. What saved me was travelling, discovering Bitcoin & right after Nostr. It was like a psychedelic experience, I started to see things from a different perspective and slowly started my awakening process. Homemade Pho 🍜 Pho is basically a bone broth with star anise, cardamom, coriander & ginger + rice noodles, green onions, lime & mint. I discover it in Vietnam & I adore it. It’s so nourishing & rich in flavor. Adding the oxtail and brisket to the broth was the move for extra collagen, yum. 🌶️ 🍋‍🟩

Buon natale 💌 After 3 years, this 2024 I reunited with my family in Italy for Christmas. I was born & raised in a small town by the Mediterranean Sea in Liguria for my first 24 years - growing up, I met so many versions of myself & at some point I felt like I needed to make a big change. At the begging of 2022 I ditched everything I was doing in Italy & I ended up in Costa Rica with a one way ticket with no real plans, just seeking freedom & probably a different way of life. After a month, I met the love of my life, now my husband. At the same time I started to focus on myself, leaving behind some old habits. Prioritizing my health & learning more about myself lead me to understand more clearly who I want to be & which values are important for me. Feeling extra grateful for my family today, grateful that I answered my call to adventure & looking forward to more. 💭💫

Lighting candles, drinking tea & pulling cards are tools - not prescriptions. By creating a beautiful sacred space, I can allow myself to fully surrender, connect with my higher self & find peace, relaxation and deep gratitude. I just arrived to Italy a couple days ago & today we hosted a magical event at my friend's studio connecting Yoga, Blue Lotus & Dreams. For those who are familiar with the Yoga Philosophy, you can notice that the Indigo colour of the flower is the same of the Third eye Chakra. Blue Lotus is often considered the Flower of Intuition. In an Infusion, a tincture or even smoking it can induce relaxation, euphoria, concentration, can also work as an aphrodisiac - due to the presence of two alkaloids, Apomorphine & Nuciferine. In the Ancient Egypt the flower was used for sacred rituals & its representation appears in many of their artworks depicting the sacredness of the Blue Lotus. In my opinion, it is such a majestic plant, with many metaphors & symbols. I want to keep honoring this Flower, bringing it to my sacred space, sharing it with my friends & connecting more with my Intuition & dreams.
