You bust your ass to save money, and then they print more of it and make your dollars worth less. That’s inflation — a silent tax. Bitcoin fixes that. Only 21 million coins, no printing, no tricks. While your cash loses value every year, Bitcoin’s averaged 42% annual growth. Even putting 15% of what you save into Bitcoin will protect you from getting robbed by the system you work hardest to survive in. #jpeg prompter

Don’t just give them the answer make them question. Why do you think apps like #TikTok, Facebook or Twitter can be banned or controlled by governments? Do you believe the internet’s original purpose was to create silos of control, or was it meant to be open and permissionless? If centralization is the problem, what could a communication tool look like that is resistant to censorship? How could a network function without needing a single company or government to manage it? What if such a system could also reward users for valuable contributions, without relying on ads or centralized payment processors? if they’re curious, they might ask, “Does something like this exist?” Then in walks nostr 😉 Please copy and paste to your 2nd best social media app.

As I was thinking about plans for this weekend, it hit me that this is Ross’s last weekend in jail, and suddenly everything else feels insignificant.

This explains everything. I don’t have time to. If you don’t get it, I can’t convince you. Now go—freedom doesn’t wait. Study #bitcoin image

God created rules for living with the promise of heaven. Satoshi created rules for money with the promise of freedom. https://x.com/hack355/status/1841082570580123798?s=46 David, I respect your intellectual contributions, but I must fundamentally disagree with your assertion. Good ideas thrive on their own merit when allowed to compete freely in the marketplace of ideas. The very act of spreading them through compulsion undermines their integrity and hinders their ability to evolve and improve. History has shown that many of humanity's greatest advances emerged not from force but from voluntary adoption and open competition. Bitcoin is a prime example: it wasn't mandated by any authority, yet it grew to prominence because it offered a more transparent, decentralized, and sound monetary alternative. It wasn’t spread through coercion but rather through persuasion, education, and, most importantly, the lived experiences of those who saw the flaws in our existing systems. Compulsion, by its nature, introduces resistance and often breeds unintended consequences. It creates a perverse incentive to comply rather than to genuinely understand or believe. This stifles the very process of critique and improvement that’s essential for any idea to reach its highest potential. If an idea is truly good, it shouldn’t require force—it should win on the strength of its logic, the value it offers, and the freedoms it preserves. When we allow ideas to spread organically, as #Bitcoin has, we not only allow them to flourish but also respect the autonomy and intelligence of individuals to make their own choices. By advocating for persuasion over compulsion, we ensure that ideas are tested, challenged, and refined, rather than enforced without scrutiny. In the end, only those ideas capable of standing up to open debate and voluntary adoption will prove themselves truly worthy. image

I’ve been spending more time on Nostr lately and less on Xwitter. But seriously—when’s the last time you saw anyone talking about the government banning Bitcoin? Was it before or after all this ETF hype? Do you think the ETF killed that narrative for good, or is it just out of the spotlight? Curious to hear your thoughts.
