I've always loved this band's sound. This track's in my head. I bought the album after the first listen. Seeing them go with the same artist that made their first album's cover art got me hyped to try this new one out. I haven't really thought about the lyrics yet. I know TFS has this political bent in their lyrics that I've been torn on and trying to think through recently. Regardless, I'm loving Fairyland Codex and I still love A Laughing Death in Meatspace.

Okay hot take, let's stop celebrating Bitcoin Pizza Day by eating pizza. Pizza is fiat food. Maybe we ought to not celebrate "Bitcoin Pizza Day" at all. 🤔

Odd take, I've always found the idea of calling ourselves "Bitcoin Plebs" to be a thing I don't like. I get it's humble and somewhat accurate but there's this weird association in my head that makes me think we're calling ourselves "serfs" or something. I feel like that's not a good thing. 😕

Interesting talk. I wonder what the solution is to the fake pubkey problem? Is it just filters or something I guess? Does Knots already attempt at blocking these kinds of transactions? 🤔

@Matthew Kratter Thanks for your recent videos on Bitcoin Core and Bitcoin Knots. I've sent some sats your way. Also when you have the time, look into LND and BOLT 12. IIRC LND has been slow to adopt BOLT 12 due to prioritizing "stablecoin" support. I could be getting this all wrong and it might be more nuanced than the Core vs Knots discussion but I thought I'd bring the topic up.

Apparently it's not enough to just run Bitcoin Knots. If you're using Umbrel, go into the Bitcoin Knots app and click on the three dots next to connect. Then click "Advanced Settings" and then "Optimization." Scroll down until you find "Relay transaction with embedded data" and ensure this setting is disabled. Bonus points if you also turn on "Reject tokens transactions" to disable other garbage like runes. 😁
