My friend and I used to be huge movie buff DVD collectors. While I stopped collecting and ripping, his collection grew. I often laughed at his massive DVD collection taking up space. But now seeing how streaming has overtaken most media — and the intellectual property rights are gatekeeping what you can see on each platform, in each country, or if they’re even available on streaming at all, etc., I can see he was right. I'd caution those cheering Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on Bitcoin (or vaccines if that's your thing). His worldview is incredibly anti-liberal and pretty authoritarian. We'd basically all be in jail. I'm unsure whether his newfound BTC love is sincere, or a good strategy read Matt Welch's piece on "The Very Strange New Respect for Authoritarian Democrat RFK Jr."
