One of the more valuable things in life is living close to your family. Things like Zoom and FaceTime can let us take closeness for granted. Anyways, finishing up a 4 week visit with my dad and I’ll miss him when he goes back home. Just hanging out, playing pool, talking theology, or doing odd jobs, it’s been nice.

My dog went lame in his hind legs tonight, some kind of neurological condition. Got him on some inflammation medication and painkillers after he was X-rayed. Pretty sad to see in a 6 year old active dog. Hopefully rest will help him get back to normal.
