Travel Distance: Max 45m from a public street to the suite entry. Hydrant Proximity: Fire hydrant within 45m of the fire truck's location at the street or flanking street. Laneway Suites Path of Travel Width & Height: Minimum 0.9m wide by 2.1m high. Location: Path can be on the property or shared via a Limiting Distance Agreement.
