Human, sexually, color, race. etc. Being what you want to be is less than just being. Just be, and let be.

In today’s world of information overload; being enlightened is not the problem. Many obtain the knowledge of the enlightened. Unfortunately the unenlightened path is still successful in many use cases. Thus still traveled by many as the best choice possible, making it appealing to those that should know better but desire a more gentle and well worn path. Look around! If the past confirms that we can do better; why do we continue to double down on the current bad ideas? Because betting against established success is extremely dangerous, difficult and risky unless the new bet can be proven to be the new sure thing. Then it is the new best bet.

People early in life are voracious for knowledge, question everything, but unfortunately accept the most simple answers as the absolute truth. Those in the midlife are too busy making it happen to question anything. The unfortunate thing here is, they are doing so at full force with the an incomplete picture. Finally, those in the third act of life begin completing the puzzle where before the picture only consisted of a the border pieces, now much of the picture is clear but the energy required to share the details to those that have the energy required to do something is far more than most can comprehend let alone muster. Especially when they can’t be bothered by something so trivial.

An optimist believes we live in the best world possible; a pessimist fears this is true.
