many are fixated on negative emotionally and physically demanding ways to be unique forgetting that there are so many positive and recharging ways that require so much less energy with exponential rewards. all while not really wanting to be different but to belong It is sad to see so many lost wile trying to find them selves when they were right there the whole time.
