When I was a wee lad, one of my mother’s go-to meals for my brother and I was a kind of Kraft Mac and Cheese casserole. After prepping the m&c, mom would add a can of cream of mushroom and a can of tuna. Not the healthiest, but easy to make, and we eagerly consumed. It’s lasted the years as one of my favorite comfort foods, though I’ve upgraded the recipe. Now anytime we have leftover mac & cheese (usually my daughter’s), I’ll slice up some crimini mushrooms and fry an inspired mix with pesto-ish ingredients (garlic, basil, pepper, parm, olive oil) 👨‍🍳 Today’s result was a bit oily, so it’s served on a dry bed of mixed greens. Bon appétit, bitches!

GM Building out my Start9 setup on a v4 Pi. Having fun and learning. Installed the Nostr RS Relay (seems fine), but haven’t connected to it yet bc Tor is cranky. Any good Tor clients I should consider? Is there an alternative relay option? Or am I missing something? Be well and build, PV 🤙🏼
