Ever find a book/audio books so good that you lose touch with reality in order to get all the way to the end? It happened to me this weekend, but it wasn't because the book was so good, it was that I was running away from my life. Gotta watch out for footguns like that. Resentment is the assassin of growth and I believe that growth is why we are all here in the first place. Time to downshift and focus on completing one task at a time. Remember your values and be able to trace every action back to them through your goals.
