There are still lots of people who could easily become wholecoiners by allocating just a portion of their assets to Bitcoin.

Happy Uptober, everyone! ⬆️🎃⬆️
Here are my thoughts about where the price of Bitcoin is headed during Uptober: my thoughts about the short-term future price of Bitcoin don't matter and aren't worth a moment of your time. Long-term, it's up and to the right.
An essential new video on sovereign computing that incredibly has only 25 views.
Don't miss this interview featuring Matt Hill from Start9 Labs.

Leaving aside "not your keys, not your bitcoin," it does create an interesting dynamic that about 5 percent of BTC is locked down in ETFs and untradable for more than 60 hours when the market closes each weekend.
Hodling Bitcoin long-term makes you rich.
Predicting its price short-term makes you humble.
If you're new to Bitcoin, one of the best ways to boost signal-to-noise on NOSTR and other social media is to refuse to follow anyone who includes XRP, Ethereum, or other altcoins in their bio. You'll never have enough time to study BTC so stick to following only high-integrity people!
If by chance, thanks to the bull market, your friends and family are suddenly hitting you up because they're finally interested in Bitcoin, I hope you'll urge them to read this: https://dncomply.com/bitcoin-basics/
The only prediction I’ve ever made about Bitcoin isn that a supply shock is inevitable. I have no idea when it will get underway, but it could potentially begin any day. Maybe even today!
Imagine if 48 people died mining bitcoin. We'd never hear the end of it! https://www.voanews.com/a/mali-gold-mine-accident-kills-at-least-48-officials-say-/7976692.html
I'm not a political science person, but broadly speaking isn't it, like, the Governor's responsibility to ensure sufficient tax dollars are spent to prevent out-of-control wildfires from engulfing entire towns?
CNN has it exactly backwards. I wouldn't read or watch CNN if they paid me. https://www.sfgate.com/news/article/cnn-puts-paywall-website-tv-revenues-decline-19808461.php
Nobody ever died in a Bitcoin mining accident. https://indianexpress.com/article/news-today/indonesia-gold-mine-collapse-landslide-deaths-9591076/
This has shaken me up. Please watch! https://x.com/1776tjs/status/1839079317302628817
I miss $58,000.
It may not be what most of us think of as a privacy issue, but you'd have to be a narcissistic nutcase to hand over your DNA for sequencing by 23andMe. Happily, it looks like the company is imploding! https://fortune.com/2024/09/18/23andme-board-resigns-anne-wojcicki/
My favorite team isn't the Giants or the Mets. My favorite team is Bitcoin.
It doesn't matter who wins the Super Bowl or the World Series. But the Bitcoin team is full of high integrity coders, plebs, and 'nyms contributing to give the world a new and fundamentally ethical money.
My favorite newsletter is Roger Price's ( @Travellr ) “Letter from…around the world." The guy travels constantly and shares great photos, which he accompanies with smart stuff about privacy, freedom tech, sovereign computing, Bitcoin, and various eschatology-oriented pieces. I was delighted to see my Bitcoin article plus my new piece on unrealized gains featured in his latest issue. Give it a look, and you'll likely subscribe. I read it via RSS using NetNewswire, and never miss a week! https://rogerprice.me/132-and-now-palermo/
This is the most reasonable explanation I've seen about what's moving the world toward authoritarianism. Could have used a section on UK cops arresting people for thoughtcrimes, but still very much worth your time. https://alt-market.us/time-to-rebel-we-are-now-entering-the-total-censorship-stage-of-global-tyranny/
You can now put any fears about the US national debt to rest. The IRS just recovered $1.3 billion of unpaid taxes from the wealthy, which amounts to 0.003682 percent of the $35.3 trillion national debt! In other words, the amount the IRS just recovered is barely half of one day's interest on the US national debt. Great job!
