I spoke to #Apple Care and oh boy has the front line customer support gone down hill when *I* understand the tech better than they do and they need to escalate me to a supervisor. Or maybe #Mastdon’s #tech lessons have rubbed off. But I think it is a bit of both. You can’t use their cloud now without agreeing to their new T&S which you can’t do unless you upgrade to the IOS with #AI, which I don’t want.
