Sometimes all you need is a good night's rest. Been feeling tired and mentally/emotionally drained. I laid down last night around 8. No electronics, just some gentle classical in the background. Woke up today at 6:40... Feeling great. Started the day by cleaning the bathroom 😂 That screen time really does mess with the brain. We should all unplug more. Your mind, body and soul will thank you.
