I'm still learning about Bitcoin. Was very surprised to learn that there's only ~23400 nodes. Would have expected many more considering the scales of energy consumed mining and net asset value.
10 years of hard work. Hopes and dreams down the drain. The startup I've been working for for the last decade is going under. Fuck. Killed by the Trump tariffs or more broadly the broken fiat system. Time to regroup, find a new way to mine fiat. If anyone has leads for a mechanical engineer with strong data analysis and simulation skills, please let me know.
So dollars are the global reserve currency. The US can and does print dollars at will to fund is government. Therefore the US taxbase is the percent of the global economy that is using dollars. This blew my mind.
