One of our New Year’s resolutions is going to be to cook more often with Ghee. @Great Ghee will be our go to for eggs, meats and whatever else our taste buds feel like grilling up when we aren’t eating 🍕

Sunday is always our cheat day. This makes being disciplined the other six days ironically way easier for us. Anticipation is so vital in life, so when you’ve got that Sunday to get excited about splurging on ice cream and pigging out, you’re ready to get back on the saddle and crush that Monday morning workout! At least that is what works best for us. Health and wellness is never a blanket one size fits all approach. Be human and treat Yough self once in awhile though!
