Today's workout. Every 90 seconds for 4 rounds.... (18 min) A: 15 cals echo bike B: 15 front squats (95# bar) C: 15 toes to bar I missed 10 squats. (15-11-11-13) Last round of toes to bar were singles. Ouch.

If you're struggling right now I highly recommend: 1. Put on old clothes 2. Turn off music 3. Stretch, loosen up body 5 minutes 4. Put towel on floor 5. Set phone timer for 10 minutes 6. TEST: MAX BURPEES NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE. ask your medical professional if you're healthy enough for sex. If you are then you can do burpees for 10 minutes .
