I love Korean Zombie TV shows. They have so many versions of what a zombie could be about and they make it fun too while retaining the fear factor.
They seek the death penalty for Luigi cause they know that younger folks who have 'snapped' due to being fed up with the system could be willing to do 25 years in prison for such actions.
They believe that the possibility of the death penalty would serve as deterrent.

We already have 'Dexter' but imagine if there was a TV show called 'Luigi'.
