I like the idea of keeping important content on relays. I think space is cheap and bandwith is also cheap compared to CPU. Storing image on a relay seems doable instead of relying on another website. I dont like the idea of breaking backwards compatibility. I seriously dont like the idea of bad user experience like missing images or missing events. I dont like the idea of fighting since we are only a bunch of weirdos at this point. Lets take development slowly and thinking carefully. At this point the clients and relays are doing the most important thing which is survival of the flow of uncensorable and free information. We should congratulate ourselves and enjoy it for a while and build slowly on it and dont burn ourselves and our friendships.
