As I am already at 4x50 push-ups when doing my 4x25 minutes intervals (4 pomodoros) of focused Python learning, I will add 3 bridge wall walks to my short breaks, totaling 200 push ups and 12 bridge wall walks per 100 minutes of Python. Although this is on top of my daily 90 minutes of Ashtanga practice and an hour walk, it is quite sustainable. Plan to add ring-muscle ups and some handstand work at a later stage.

Doubled my push-ups to 50, totaling 200/day/100 minutes Python (4 Pomodoros)

Damn, again at 3h+ working out a day without even realizing it :) At least I eased into it, except my daily 1.5-2h Ashtanga Yoga practice, there is just no way around it, other than doing it every single day and grinding outside of ones own comfort zone :)

I’ve done quite some diets in my life ranging from a couple of weeks to half a year and beyond. Here is a list of which works best for me while working out 2h+ a day (bodyweight, strength endurance): 1.) Caloric restricted supplemented intermittent juice fast, basically no recovery needed 2.) Same as 1.) but cooked vegan 3.) Raw Vegan, 80/10/10, skin becomes as smooth as it gets 4.) Warriors Diet, non-vegan but after a while the desire to eat meat vanishes naturally, you can eat till you burst on cheat days and still lose weight. 5.) No diet at all, energy levels are ok 6.) Slow carb diet, constant sucking in stomach and hunger 7.) Ketogenic diet, joint pain 8.) Carnivore diet, exhaustion just by taking the stairs.

The experts of the past were the catholic church with views like flat earth being at the centre of the universe. It is thanks to rebels like Copernicus that our worldview changed. If LLMs ignore data from those rebels, which in hindsight turned out to be the accurate and reliable one, LLMs are not more than an unreliable toy, a boring accurate sounding fantasyless hallucination.

Some interesting statistics: The maximum sustained energy one can burn daily is 2.5 times the basal metabolic rate BMR, which is how many calories you burn when doing nothing. On average that’s 4000 calories/day. That’s the equivalent of: Running a clothes dryer for about 3 hours Running a vacuum cleaner for about 3 hours Running a desktop computer for about 10 hours Running a refrigerator for about 10 hours Running a dishwasher for about 2 hours Running an oven at 350°F for about 2 hours Driving a car for about 100 miles Burning a candle for about 140 hours Burning coal in an oven for about 2 hours Running an air conditioner for about 6 hours https://www.science.org/doi/10.1126/sciadv.aaw0341

Bing AI is so much better at this than standard ChatGPT, I am very tempted to get that ChatGPT plus subscription because you can’t argue with Bing AI, it immediately refuses to answer: The Big Bang event is a physical theory that describes how the universe expanded from an initial state of high density and temperature². The Kabbalistic tree of life is a diagram used in Kabbalah and various other mystical traditions to represent a series of divine emanations of God's creation⁴. There is no definitive or authoritative way to map the events of the Big Bang onto the Kabbalistic tree of life, as different sources may have different interpretations and correspondences. However, one possible way to do so is based on the following assumptions: - The 10 nodes of the tree of life correspond to the 10 Sefirot, or energy intelligences, that allow us to understand many aspects of the physical and spiritual world⁵. - The 22 lines of the tree of life correspond to the 22 letters of the Hebrew alphabet, which are also associated with different stages and aspects of creation⁴. - The events of the Big Bang can be divided into different epochs or phases, each with its own characteristics and significance¹. Based on these assumptions, one possible mapping is: - The top node of the tree of life, Keter (Crown), corresponds to the Planck epoch, which is the closest that current physics can get to the absolute beginning of time, when all four fundamental forces were unified and the universe was extremely hot and dense¹. - The second node from the top, Chokhmah (Wisdom), corresponds to the Grand Unification epoch, when gravity separated from the other three forces and the earliest elementary particles began to be created¹. - The third node from the top, Binah (Understanding), corresponds to the Inflationary epoch, when the universe underwent an extremely rapid exponential expansion due to the separation of the strong nuclear force¹. - The fourth node from the top, Chesed (Kindness), corresponds to the Electroweak epoch, when particle interactions created large numbers of exotic particles, including W and Z bosons and Higgs bosons¹. - The fifth node from the top, Gevurah (Severity), corresponds to the Quark epoch, when quarks and gluons were in thermal equilibrium and formed a hot and dense quark-gluon plasma¹. - The sixth node from the top, Tiferet (Beauty), corresponds to the Hadron epoch, when quarks and gluons combined to form hadrons such as protons and neutrons¹. - The seventh node from the top, Netzach (Victory), corresponds to the Lepton epoch, when most hadrons annihilated with their antiparticles and leptons such as electrons and neutrinos dominated the universe¹. - The eighth node from the top, Hod (Splendor), corresponds to the Photon epoch, when most leptons annihilated with their antiparticles and photons became the most abundant particles in the universe¹. - The ninth node from the top, Yesod (Foundation), corresponds to the Nucleosynthesis epoch, when protons and neutrons fused to form light nuclei such as hydrogen and helium¹. - The tenth node from the top, Malkhut (Kingdom), corresponds to the Recombination epoch, when electrons combined with nuclei to form neutral atoms and photons decoupled from matter¹. This mapping is not meant to be definitive or authoritative, but rather a possible way to explore some connections between science and mysticism. I hope you find it interesting and informative.😊 Source: Conversation with Bing, 4/2/2023(1) Big Bang - Wikipedia. Accessed 4/2/2023. (2) Tree of life (Kabbalah) - Wikipedia. Accessed 4/2/2023. The `_` character has quite some meaning in Python: - Can be used as thousands separator - recalls the last value in the Python interpreter - final clause in match statement - prevents variables starting with _ from being imported with import * - gettext translation function in built-in namespace Mostly you will read that Python is easy to learn and `_` just a valid character for a variable name.

It’s been literally ages since i did some Turbo Pascal at school, reminded by the ‘p’ format character that encodes a Pascal string (first byte stores length of string) when packing/unpacking data with Python’s struct module.

Upped the ante to 22 push-ups per Pomodoro interval, did 2 sets as the other app I tested didn’t log calories to close my Apple move rings. Not that those 3 calories matter anyway :)

You need to do 10 push-ups to burn the calories from one Tic Tac, 500 for the whole pack, 600 for the Big Pack, 1000 for the 100 pack and 2000 for the Bottle Pack. That’s a lot of work for a product that is marketed as sugar free and having only 2 calories.

Switched the push-ups to knuckles to spice it up a bit.

4 Pomodoros done, that might have been the easiest 84 push-ups I’ve incorporated while having 100 minutes of productive Python study. Now a slightly longer recreational break if you catch what I mean :)
