How to get to the source of my “unhappiness”
I live a normal life, kids and wife are great, normal problems
One thing goes awry and I start down a spiral of unease, feel like the whole day is a bust, can’t pull out of the gloom
Been in & out of therapy for more than half my life, I don’t think I’ve ever gotten much enlightenment from it.
I think the weight of “seeing the world as I do” adds to it. Seeing conspiracy theories prove to be true, etc. Feel alone through much of it.
