Manifestations of this condition vary from person to person. Some simply become forgetful, some become neurotic clean freaks, some become emotionally disoriented, and others become exaggerated caricatures of their former, pre-onset personalities. Donald Trump has begun to exhibit some of the latter signs of such dementia. There are people on the right who defend him, and others on the left who mock him. Each is a bad approach to a man who is ill doing a job that requires fitness. Donald Trump is sick and demented. Rather than ridicule him, or defend his actions, we should begin a national dialogue about replacing him.
