These are the 3 of 4 operating suscovich tractors holding our laying ducks. (one tractor-full of ducks were killed by feral dogs recently) Their main purpose is to enrich/fertilize the soil with nutrients from the duck water and their poop. Today we ( @apothecaviva 💪🏽) had a long #cacao harvesting day! GN! 🌑 Not a lot, but enough to start a micro-fermentation. We’ll update as we go from this step all the way to make chocolate.
