Today we ( @apothecaviva 💪🏽) had a long #cacao harvesting day! GN! 🌑 Not a lot, but enough to start a micro-fermentation. We’ll update as we go from this step all the way to make chocolate.

GM!☀️ Hand pollinated #vanilla pods. These stay almost unchanged and untouched for approximately 9 months after they ripe. We then collect them to process.
