This is one of our #suscovichtractor holding a group of our laying ducks. There are moved daily when in narrow alleys. Terrain here is extremely steep so no much flat areas. So, a while back, we harvested a very tiny amount of wild Liberica (var. Excelsa) #coffee, split it in half and processed one half the traditional way (washed) and the other half made a natural process. We already roasted and tasted the natural but just now are processing the natural. Roasting soon!
