#BTClift challenge week 11.
Yesterday during #BJJ practice I pulled something in my hamstring/groin area. I belive one of the most important steps in recovering from an injury is teaching your body that it is safe to produce force in the position it was previously injured in. So today I did some full range of motion squats with a very long pause for the first rep. My leg already feels a lot better and I will do the same thing with jefferson culs next workout.

Week 10 of the #BTClift challenge. Price went down to 82.9 k so I had to get creative to make the 82.5 KG (182 lbs) challenging. I present you the one handed deficit deadlift.

The price dropped low enough to do some benching. At102.4k USD I had to lift 102.5 kg (226 lbs). Let's see how long the weights can stay that low.
