I just turned my garden grown chilis into fermented hot sauce. It didn't turn out as spicy as I would have liked, but it's still delicious. Turning the sun's energy into an edible product always is a surreal experience.
Ingredients: 50% Chilis (fermented in salt brine for 6 weeks), 40% distilled wine vinegar, 10% wine vinegar
