Tonight, I took a walk to clear my mind. I ended up lying on the ground for a good while, just gazing at the stars. The view wasn't the best due to the city lights and the nearly full moon, but it was enough to make me realize how vast the universe is and how small our problems are in relation to it. And God is in control of all of it. He literally created the entire cosmos; we just have to find our path within it.

Week 3 of the #BTClift challenge for me. This week was a deload week for me, so I was happy that Bitcoin dipped to 110k again. Meaning I only had to lift 110 Kg (243 lbs). To keep things easy I just did a deadlift single. #fitness #lifting #challenge #fitstr #liftstr #gym #gymstr
