#BTClift challenge week 11.
Yesterday during #BJJ practice I pulled something in my hamstring/groin area. I belive one of the most important steps in recovering from an injury is teaching your body that it is safe to produce force in the position it was previously injured in. So today I did some full range of motion squats with a very long pause for the first rep. My leg already feels a lot better and I will do the same thing with jefferson culs next workout.
