I heard somewhere that lonely people only need 8 minutes from a friend, in shitty moments, to feel like they're not alone and get over that specific moment. I gave it quite some thought and it feels true. 🤷 Maybe it is that simple, at least in most cases. Give someone 8 minutes from your time.
