Douglas Murray is in favour if the current news in Iran. Which makes me feel EXTREMELY suspicious.

I actually think if you had all the nostr clients agree to shadowban anyone who mentions Bitcoin or zaps, directly or indirectly, in their posts, 'memes', slogans, bio, pfp etc etc.. For a period of like 3 years. That might be nostr's best shot :)
I don't see the UK government actually banning twitterX, but it is a good opportunity to tell people to get a 'just in case' nostr account.
Tbh telling people to join nostr will involve a caveat ("it's not really ready yet, it's most people talking about the price of Bitcoin").

I'm completely Cadfael-pilled
You've got to realize that most people here think nostr 'growth' is 'more people from bitcointwitter joining'.
So be careful what you wish for.
:)
I'm doing my best not to take the bait and reply to all this crap about content creators and moaning about zaps and growth.
Please enjoy the slop

'In 1980, Tyne Tees' magazine show for teens, CHECK IT OUT, gave kids in the North-East of England the lowdown on nuclear war. And it's a delight from start to finish.

There's really not much talk of Iran on the main UK news. Very odd๐ค
This is exactly the sort of conversation nostr nerd devs should be replying to on twitter, imo

Saw nostr mentioned on the other place, and it wasn't even someone called 'bitcoinbeachcoffeesurf'
