I've said it before, I'll say it again. The best growth hack for web 2.0 companies was their open APIs. This effectively allowed them to have hundreds to thousands of engineers adding value to their centralized platform without needing to pay them or manage them. When the time came to find an exit, those companies pulled the plug on what made them most valuable and closed or severely limited their api access. See twitter and reddit. Current common belief is that on-chain fees must/will rise with adoption. I don't think this will be true. I think fees will stay relatively static in Bitcoin terms and will only rise in value terms. I believe mempools will always clear.
