iOS is a shitcoin. Apps are not permitted unless signed by a cert blessed by apples master keys. They can revoke any app's validity at any time. Maximum time to use an app offline after revocation is 1 year before the apps signature expires (if revoked you must be online so that revocation checks won't be automatically performed).
Imagine relying on iOS in 2023.
Is there a realistic Reddit alternative built on nostr yet? If not there should be soon. Redditors are going to be upset when third party apps are cut off similar to Twitter.

A social structure ultimately will always be a result of a bottom up rough consensus. There may be times throughout history where a social structure is dictated from above, but it always breaks down. The masses can only be ruled with their own consent. The trick is to show them why they shouldn't consent, if they actually shouldn't consent.
