Day 9/31. A shorter 6.8km run. I played with pace and learned something about myself. 🏃🏼‍➡️ #31days

Day 8/31. No official exercise. I took it easy and rested after Day 7’s 10km run. I did however spend 2 hours walking around a mall 😬 #31days

Gm friends of the digital realm! ☕️ One last full day here in Canada 🇨🇦 then back home to New Zealand 🇳🇿 I have had an amazing month of rest, recovery and connection. ☺️

Just watched the Cleo Abram Sam Altman interview re ChatGPT 5. I found it interesting but also not really informative. None of my devices have updated yet so I guess I don’t know what I am missing. 😐

The last couple of days when travelling seem to always get way too busy.

Day 7/31. 10km run. TBH I don’t think strava recorded the run properly. The 6:12km pace is not right. It’s to fast. I am wondering if it dropped signal for a bit. I did a different route today that had more elevation as well. #31days

I have seen a few posts from people about the difficulty in finding interesting accounts to follow on #Nostr I would be interested to know more about what “interesting” means to you. Is it a specific and curated account focused on a craft, a skill, etc? Is it an acc that has whacked out humour that pushes limits? An account that is a mirror of your own journey ie homesteaders following homesteaders? Or, completely the opposite of what you stand for but you follow respectfully anyway? Is it a blog/vlog style exposé? What makes an account interesting enough that you would follow? 🧐
