Watching Whitney Webb on Natalie Brunell’s podcast.. It just occured to me how huge of a following Witney has. Any podcast she’s on is getting hundreds of thousands of views in just a matter of days after it airs.
There’s always exceptions to the rule. Sometimes I see beauty in brutalist architecture, especially certain elements. But most of the time I see cost efficiency. Brutalist architecture seem largely dependant on a high time preference. 
Monet’s garden in Giverny. Claude Monet lived and painted there for 43 years. The same amount of years that the estate has been open to the public.
