Sitting in abundance: close your eyes, still the body, take a few deep breaths, relax and be in gratitude that you have lungs to breath, a heart to pump, a place to sit, people to love, clothes on your back, sun in the sky, a life to live……. Merge with this essence and see where it takes you. ✌️

The quantum model says our environment is an extension of our mind. How we think, feel and act creates our reality, shapes our environment and there is infinite possibilities to choose from. It’s our job to know what we want. The mind is a creators gift and it can defy time and space through intention, imagination and elevated emotion. We are creators. We can create consciously or let the unconscious circuits of our past create for us by default. Either way we are creating.

We are experiencing the past in the present when we blindly react, letting unconscious circuits run our life keeping us trapped and unaware of reality. Awareness and equanimity with what is, your true nature, opens the door to possibility and freedom. ✌️

I think it’s a good idea if we all think more about what we can give, then the getting takes care of itself. ✌️
