Had a bad crash on thanksgiving with my wife, our kid, my brother in law, and his girlfriend in the truck. We all made it. They all got beat up and bruised pretty bad. I coded them in flower dip them an egg roll them in Panko put them back in the egg. Re-rolled them in panko and now I’m letting them sit.

Don’t forget to render all the fat you cut off the loin. I will show how much I got when it’s all done. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

Got the pork for 10 bucks in a half loin cut it up and now I got what would cost 50 bucks at the store. Going to make some Asian style cutlets.
