@Max DeMarco is quickly becoming one of my favorite content creators. In this new video he tries the carnivore diet for 30 days. From personal experience, I can say that the first 3 weeks are the most difficult. I was strictly carnivore for nearly 2 years, but following a more flexible meat-based ketogenic diet now. For me, it has provided great mental health benefits, with a tremendous reduction in stress and anxiety. Max--aside from the physical benefits that you describe in the video, did you experience any cognitive or mood improvements?

I was inspired by Bitcoin Audible and @Guy Swann to create a free and open source Political Science audiobook for my students. The finished product is over 30 hours long, and we've had a great response from students around the country. It has been especially helpful for students with dyslexia and other learning disabilities.
