Deciding what goes into blocks doesn’t matter that much. If you don’t include the tx, someone else will. Market incentives across the network handle it anyway. It’s not that template control is worthless, it’s that you’re larping as revolutionaries over an incremental pool tweak while still routing everything through Ocean’s central servers for shares, coordination, and payouts.
