I have developed a new full body workout for myself. It is so intense that my entire body is destroyed today.
Super Sayajin Workout:
(Last set always to muscle failure, weight should be 60-80% of one rep max).
Squats
Over Head Press
Leg Extension
Calf Raise
Lat pulldown close grip
Flat Bench Press / Incline Bench Press
Seal Rows
Biceps Curls
Triceps press double handed with dumbbell
Cable crunch
3 sets, 8-12 reps, last set to absolute muscle failure. This workout is a minimalist workout with insane volume. Do this workout at least 2 times a week but only a maximum of 3 times. Especially suitable for those who can not go to the gym 4-5 times a week.
